All sales are final. HammerSpeak does not offer refunds on subscription payments.
When you subscribe to HammerSpeak — whether monthly or annual — your payment is non-refundable. This includes:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your profile. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation and you will retain full access until the period ends.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
HammerSpeak offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to try the free plan before subscribing to ensure HammerSpeak meets your needs.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, if you were charged after cancelling or charged an incorrect amount — please contact us within 30 days at hello@hammerspeak.app and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Requesting a refund does not guarantee one will be issued.
